About the winery

Casimiro was founded by a lawyer, Carlos Tinto, and an enologist, Emiliano Lorenzo, who are passionate about grapes and wines. In 2018, their dream of creating a winery of their own came true. The family of Carlos Tinto is closely linked to the wine industry. They owned a land called "Las Cambachas", also known as "niña bonita" in Guaraní, where the winery is located in Calingasta Valley.
Casimiro winery has a unique brand with a characteristic propeller aircraft to pay homage to Casimiro Lorenzo, a pilot, enologist and great uncle of Emiliano Lorenzo.
