The winery

Bodega Roble Negro is a family project born from the passion for wine of Juan Pablo Ripalta and Amalia Nesman, both descendants of winegrowing families. With a strong Sanjuanina identity, the winery works vineyards in different terroirs of the province, especially standing out in the Pedernal Valley, where they make their high-end wines, a pure expression of the soil and the high-altitude climate. In addition, they produce their line of young varietals "Roble Negro", from the Tulum Valley, with a fresh and versatile profile. Each bottle reflects the commitment to quality and the family winemaking tradition.

The wines

The Roble Negro line offers a selection of varietals that express the identity of the San Juan vineyards. Its Chenin Dulce stands out for its freshness and fruity notes, ideal for those looking for a light and balanced wine. The Torrontés stands out with its floral and citrus aroma, reflecting the typicality of this Argentinean strain. In reds, the Malbec seduces with its body and ripe red fruits, while the Syrah provides intensity and spices. For its part, the Cabernet Sauvignon combines structure and elegance, with firm tannins and a persistent finish. A versatile line that invites you to discover the richness of the San Juan terroir.
